Before arrival we need a photo of a valid ID for every guest: passport for non-EU citizens; passport or ID card (front and back) for EU citizens; ID card front and back for Italian citizens. As required by law, the data is sent to the local police (Questura).
Please let us know your expected arrival time in advance, in the “Special requests” field when booking or by e-mail, phone or WhatsApp. We are reachable by phone 24/7.
Self check-in: access is via a smart lock. The PIN code is sent once we have received the IDs of all guests.
Maximum 2 guests per room.
Luggage drop-off before check-in: possible from 10:30 am, only if arranged with us in advance.
Extra cleaning: if the room is left in a condition requiring extraordinary cleaning (including bedspreads and furnishings), a €30–50 fee may be charged, as assessed by our staff.
Cancellation and payment terms vary according to the rate chosen and are shown when you book. Special requests are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
Rome city tourist tax: €5 per person per night, not included in the price (children under 10 are exempt). It can be paid in cash at the property or by card via an online payment link we can send you.
Smoking is not allowed inside the property.

Getting here
- From Roma Termini: Metro line A towards Anagnina, 2 stops to Manzoni (or 3 to San Giovanni), then a 5-minute walk.
- From Fiumicino airport: Leonardo Express train to Termini, then Metro A, or a taxi at the €55 fixed fare (we are inside the Aurelian Walls).
- From Ciampino airport: taxi at the €40 fixed fare, or shuttle bus to Termini, then Metro A.
- By car: paid public street parking nearby (no reservation possible). Check Rome's limited traffic zones (ZTL) before driving into the centre.
